This game was made in a week for Bored Pixels Jam 8. Theme: You are not the hero.

Description

Armed with The Magic Sword™ and the Holy Armor of Plot, you are Sir Chad the Hero and you've come to save-Wait no. You are Sir Chad's rescued escort, Princess Daffodil. 

Princess Daffodil has no defenses but, unlike Sir Chad, she understands esoteric things like "keys" and "doors." Control Princess Daffodil, grab the keys, and unlock your way to freedom! Sir Chad will slay thine enemies automagically. Just be careful around chests. Sir Chad's first love will always be phat loot, Princess.

Manage your health wisely, venture forth, and make a succeed!

Keyboard Controls

• Use the arrow keys to control menu selection and the Princess.
• Z and X can both be used for selecting and backing out.
• Walk over keys to pick them up and approach doors to unlock them.
• Walk over hearts to restore health. Health won't collect if your hearts are already full.
